Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Canary Wharf, London – 60% on-site Contract Length: 127 working days Security Clearance: Current CTC active
Key Requirements
Candidates must have:
- End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within the Civil Service
- Hands-on experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Familiarity with Civil Service advertising platforms (preferred)
- Strong pre-employment checking processes (including vetting requirements)
- Competent in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Core Responsibilities
- Driving the recruitment process from start to finish:
- Defining job requirements and caordine professional roles
- Publishing and managing advertisements
- Supporting vacancy interviews, assessments, and selection processes
- Ensuring compliance with Civil Service standards
- Conducting pre-employment vetting, security checks (CTC aligned), and compliance screenings
- Collaborating closely with HR teams, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes
- Operating independently with minimal supervision, but demonstrating strong teamwork when required

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years’ proven recruitment experience (Civil Service preference)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ** Communication skills**
- Ability to balance individual accountability with collaborative teamwork
- Cleared to CTC (or capability to obtain)
