Job Title
Word360 is the largest Interpreting and Translation company in the United Kingdom and we are lucky to be working alongside some brilliant clients across nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to support the recruitment of linguists in line with the needs of our expanding client base. The successful candidate will focus on managing and coordinating recruitment activity.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Produce and deliver weekly recruitment reports to the management team, using data and insights to monitor progress against regional requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for linguists, including posting adverts, screening applicants, and maintaining a detailed and accurate audit trail.
- Maintain recruitment processes that ensure regulatory compliance, consistency, and accuracy at all times.
- Provide an excellent standard of candidate experience while upholding high compliance standards and maximising productivity.
- Meet and deliver agreed KPIs, targets, and objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with the bookings team to understand resource requirements and support the onboarding of approved linguists.

Skills and Attributes Required
- Strong teamworking skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A minimum of two years’ proven experience in leading and delivering recruitment processes.
- Experience of working within a complex, fast-paced organisational environment.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Experience of managing relationships with external candidates in a customer-focused manner.
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organisational skills.
- The ability to build and maintain professional working relationships.
- Experience of working with job boards and professional platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, working styles, and levels of experience.
