Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Coordinator role based in Luton. The Recruitment Coordinator will support end-to-end hiring activities, including drafting job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, creating onboarding documents (offer letters and contract) and coordinating communication between hiring managers and applicants. The role involves managing candidate inquiries, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and assisting with onboarding documentation and processes. The Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate closely with HR and departmental leaders to understand staffing needs, track recruitment metrics, and help ensure timely, compliant hiring practices. The position also includes general administrative support for the HR function and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to support screening, selection, and coordination of recruitment activities.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage job postings, candidate correspondence, and internal updates.
- Experience in recruitment or HR coordination, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines are highly valued.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (or similar tools) is advantageous.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
