As an Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our contingent workforce operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, providing outstanding support, and driving operational excellence.
Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warwick, requiring attendance in the office 2–3 days per week.

What You'll Do:
- Support contractor onboarding and workforce operations.
- Respond to inquiries related to assignments, timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and payroll.
- Manage contractor lifecycle activities and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot VMS-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of customer service, operations, or workforce management experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering great service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; VMS experience is a plus.
