Join our team and help deliver an exceptional experience for contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders! As an Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our contingent workforce operations, ensuring seamless onboarding, providing outstanding support, and driving operational excellence.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Warwick, requiring attendance in the office 2–3 days per week.

What You'll Do:

  • Support contractor onboarding and workforce operations.
  • Respond to inquiries related to assignments, timesheets, invoicing, reporting, and payroll.
  • Manage contractor lifecycle activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Troubleshoot VMS-related issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of customer service, operations, or workforce management experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering great service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; VMS experience is a plus.
