Recruitment Coordinator – Supporting Tomorrow’s Army

About the Role
You’ll play a critical role in supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army. Based in Bournemouth, you’ll deliver diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area, ensuring outstanding customer service aligned with targets and candidate feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Interviewing candidates and providing consultative support throughout their recruitment process
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Attending and leading attraction events to raise awareness of Army careers
- Collaborating with educational providers to promote military profession options
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including prospective recruits and partner organisations
- Leveraging social media and digital tools to attract and engage talent
Essential Qualifications & Experience
✔ Proven experience in providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment ✔ Proficient in IT, with experience using Microsoft Office Suite ✔ Full and valid UK driving licence (mandatory for travel within the region)

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
✅ Familiarity with Army careers or previous recruitment experience (advantageous) ✅ Experience in operations, HR, or public-facing roles would be welcomed
