About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Lead, based in London (hybrid). You'll play a vital part in ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers, supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across a fast-paced, high-volume pipeline.
Responsibilities
Conducting initial screening calls with candidates, assessing suitability and providing a positive first impression of S-RM Coordinating interview scheduling across multiple time zones and calendars, liaising with candidates and hiring managers Posting and managing job adverts across job boards and internal channels Managing candidate pipelines within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), keeping records accurate and up to date Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a responsive and professional experience throughout Helping to improve and document recruitment processes and candidate experience initiatives

What We're Looking For
At least one year of experience in a recruitment, HR, or people operations role (in-house or agency) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using ATS platforms, video conferencing tools, and Microsoft 365 A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a genuine interest in people and hiring
Desirable Skills
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and managing candidate pipelines Familiarity with Greenhouse as an ATS, including managing job stages, scorecards, and candidate communications Exposure to volume or technical hiring
