We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Recruitment Coordinator to join our People Team and play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across our retail stores and Store Support Centre teams.

We offer a flexible hybrid working model, with 2 days per week based in our Hockley, Birmingham office, and we're open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants.
What the role involves:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll help ensure our recruitment processes run smoothly from start to finish while delivering a first-class experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing recruitment queries via email, phone and face-to-face channels, providing timely and professional support to candidates, hiring managers and colleagues.
- Supporting recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records across our recruitment and HR systems.
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment activities for retail and Store Support Centre vacancies, including advertising roles, candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting and offer management.
- Supporting candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Owning the new starter experience, ensuring candidates receive a warm welcome and everything is in place for their first day.
- Producing offer letters, contracts and other recruitment documentation.
- Supporting onboarding activity, including references and right-to-work checks where required.
- Managing our employee referral programme and ensuring referrals are processed in line with company policy.
- Assisting stores with recruitment systems, selection tools and recruitment-related queries.
- Producing recruitment reports and identifying opportunities to improve attraction and hiring outcomes.
- Providing wider administrative support to the People Team when needed.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about delivering great service.
You will bring:
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and confidence working with people at all levels.
- Strong administration skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Recruitment, HR administration or people-related experience (desirable but not essential).
- An understanding of data protection requirements (desirable, although training will be provided).
