Indra UK & Ireland is experiencing continued growth, including a landmark contract award with Transport for London. To support the high volume of hiring for the TfL project, we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team.
The Role
The role of the Recruitment Coordinator is essential in the support of our internal customers as well as promoting Indra UK & Ireland to prospective employees by providing an exceptional candidate journey. You will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising our roles to interviewing candidates.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment and/or HR experience who is looking to grow into a Talent Acquisition role.
Key Duties
- Being the first point of contact in the Talent Acquisition team for any recruitment related queries including from applicants, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders
- Recruitment Administration to include briefing calls with managers, writing job descriptions, sharing psychometric tests, and arranging interviews
- Using the ATS to coordinate interviews, provide interview feedback, as well as to provide robust reporting
- Assisting the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with hiring including sourcing, screening, and interviewing where required

Requirements
To be successful in this role you will be:
- From a recruitment and/or HR background or interested in pursuing a role within Talent Acquisition
- Someone who is willing to be flexible in their approach, we are in a growth period which means we can be managing multiple vacancies at once with things changing on a regular basis
- An exceptional administrator with confidence using various MS Office packages such as Word, Excel
- Able to manage and prioritise your workload autonomously
- A confident communicator who is credible and concise, you will be able to build relationships with both our internal and external stakeholders with ease
- Although not essential, experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workable will be a huge advantage
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Able to commit to working in two of our London offices (Hanover Square and North Greenwich c. 3 days a week)
