Monday-Friday | 9:00am-5:00pm
£13.50-£14.00 per hour
Immediate Start | 2-3 Month Contract
Security company is expanding across the UK's visitor management and event security sectors, and they are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.
If you have a background in security recruitment, workforce coordination, or security operations, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in recruiting and deploying security officers and stewards for major events and client sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Screen and pre-assess security candidates, including SIA licence and compliance checks
- Source licensed security officers, stewards, and event personnel
- Coordinate remote and face-to-face interviews
- Work closely with Operations Managers to meet staffing requirements
- Manage vetting, right-to-work, licence verification, and compliance processes
- Coordinate shift scheduling to ensure events are fully staffed
- Attend selected weekend events to support operations when required
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process

What We're Looking For
- Experience in security recruitment, workforce coordination, or security operations
- Strong knowledge of SIA licensing, vetting, and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns in a busy environment
- A proactive, people-focused approach with a passion for recruiting high-quality security professionals
