Recruitment Coordinator – Work From Home
Location: UK Wide (Remote / Home Based)
Salary: £12 – £16 per hour (£23,400 – £31,200 per annum equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour week)
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time options also available)
Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager (Client Side)
About the Opportunity
Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a UK-based business growing its in-house recruitment capability. We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator on a full-time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates with prior recruitment, HR, or coordination experience who want to develop within an active talent acquisition team.
About the Role
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the day-to-day delivery of the client's recruitment process, including candidate scheduling, ATS administration, interview coordination, and communication across hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews across hiring managers, panels, and time zones
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support job posting administration across LinkedIn and other channels
- Respond to candidate queries and keep candidates updated through the process
- Help prepare offer paperwork and onboarding administration
- Track hiring pipeline activity and prepare basic recruitment reports
- Support recruiters with diary management and routine recruitment tasks
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or coordination role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident managing high volumes of scheduling and candidate communication
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ATS platforms
- Self-motivated and reliable in a fully remote environment
- A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace

Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workable, Teamtailor, or Lever
- Experience supporting in-house or agency recruitment teams
