We are currently recruiting for the following Full-Time Permanent roles:
- Butchery Operative (day shift)
- Hygiene Operatives (day/night shifts)
- Skilled Butchers
- Abattoir Operatives (day shift, 4 out of 5 days)
- Packing Operatives (days/afternoons)

Key Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
- Cut, bone, and trim fresh pork
- Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet customer specifications
- Ensure products comply with company policies, Health & Safety, and Food Safety Standards
- Safely operate machinery, including band saws
- Always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Desirable Candidate Traits
- Positive thinking and self-motivation
- Ability to work with own initiative
- Strong work ethic and hands-on approach
- Previous experience as a pork butcher or meat processor in food manufacturing
- Advanced knife-handling skills
- Experience with manual handling
