Butchery Operative (day shift) Hygiene Operatives (day / night shifts) Skilled Butchers Abattoir Operatives (day shift, 4 out of 5 days) Packing Operatives (Days, afternoons)

It Would Be Desirable For Candidates To Have

In Your Role You Will
Cut, bone and trim meat (Pork) Accurately cut and weigh meat to meet predetermined weight and size specifications Ensure product is processed according to Customer Specifications Safely operate machinery including band saws Comply with Company policies, Health and Safety and Food Safety Standards at all the times, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
