About the Role
Join Austen Lloyd, a leading specialist legal recruitment consultancy based in Clifton, Bristol. We work exclusively with law firms across England and Wales, placing Solicitors from NQ level through to Partners.
Due to continued growth, we are expanding our delivery team and are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant—a role focused on identifying exceptional legal talent, managing candidates, and ensuring outstanding recruitment delivery to our consultants and clients.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the recruitment team, you will:
- Source high-calibre legal professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and targeted headhunting techniques.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess technical experience, career aspirations, and cultural fit.
- Build long-term relationships with Solicitors, Senior Associates, Legal Directors, and Partners across the UK legal market.
- Manage candidate pipelines across multiple live assignments, ensuring consistent delivery against deadlines.
- Identify passive candidates through market mapping and proactive search techniques.
- Prepare high-quality candidate summaries, CV presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Provide interview preparation, feedback, and ongoing candidate support.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM, ensuring candidate information is always up to date.
- Advertise vacancies and support candidate attraction campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Work collaboratively with consultants to ensure successful delivery on retained, contingent, and exclusive assignments.

About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys the research, sourcing, and delivery side of recruitment and delivers an exceptional recruitment experience by matching exceptional candidates with outstanding opportunities.
You will have:
- Previous experience in recruitment delivery, candidate management, talent sourcing, executive search, or recruitment resourcing.
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct search methodologies.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- The ability to build credibility and rapport with senior professionals.
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing difficult-to-find candidates.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine passion for candidate care and delivering a standout recruitment experience.

Experience in legal recruitment or professional services would be advantageous, though recruiters from other specialist sectors will also be considered.
