Recruitment Delivery Consultant
Who we are
Fynity is a specialist technology talent solutions partner with a mission: Inspiring futures without limits.
Our passionate team recruits top talent across Software Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud, and other emerging technology areas, working with clients across the UK, Europe, and US.
The business was established in 2003 as The People Network before rebranding to Fynity in September 2024. Since 2013, we have been part of the Pertemps Network Group, one of the UK’s largest privately owned recruitment groups.
We offer the best of both worlds: the autonomy, energy, and close-knit culture of a specialist boutique recruitment business, backed by the stability and resources of a major recruitment group.
The role
As our client base and pipeline of vacancies continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Delivery Consultant to join our team in Swindon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys the candidate side of recruitment and takes pride in delivering an outstanding service.
You will work closely with our experienced consultants, taking ownership of searches across specialist technology markets and helping our clients access the best available talent quickly, without compromising on quality.
The role can develop in two directions:
- You may choose to build a long-term career as a delivery specialist, becoming a trusted expert in candidate attraction, search, and account delivery.
- Alternatively, once you have established yourself, there will be an opportunity to develop your client management and business development skills and progress into a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
We are open-minded about the route you take. What matters most is that you are passionate about recruitment, enjoy building relationships, and consistently deliver a high-quality service.
What you will be doing
You will take ownership of the candidate journey and play a central role in the successful delivery of recruitment assignments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
