Delivery Consultant – Technology Recruitment

Brighton | £27,000 - £35,000 + 10-40% Commission

Looking for a career where your earnings are genuinely uncapped, you'll work with some of the world's fastest-growing technology companies, and £100k+ in year two is a realistic target rather than a marketing slogan?

This is an opportunity to join a high-performance executive search firm specialising in venture-backed technology businesses across Europe and North America.

Working with founders, investors, and leadership teams, you'll help build some of the world's most exciting technology companies.

The Opportunity

You'll specialise in identifying and engaging exceptional talent across high-growth technology markets, supporting senior consultants on retained executive search assignments.

This is a candidate-focused role, making it ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, market research, and working with people.

You'll receive structured training while developing expertise within specialist technology markets where demand for talent has never been higher.

Why Join?

  • Genuine opportunity to earn £100k+ in your second year
  • Outstanding 10-40% commission structure
  • High-performance, ambitious culture surrounded by top billers
  • Work with venture-backed startups, scale-ups, and global technology businesses
  • Learn executive search rather than high-volume recruitment
  • Clear progression into a fully-fledged consultant

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
