What you'll be doing
- Partnering with hiring teams to understand their needs and build smart, effective sourcing strategies
- Finding great candidates across job boards, social media, and your own network
- Running initial screenings, phone interviews and assessments to find the right fit for each role
- Building and nurturing a strong talent pipeline through proactive outreach
- Writing job ads and descriptions that actually get people excited to apply
- Managing the full process end-to-end: interviews, offers, and placements, done smoothly
- Generating new leads with candidates and spotting revenue opportunities
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of recruitment trends and best practice

- Previous experience in recruitment
- Confidence with the tools of the trade software, social media, and everyday tech
- Strong communication skills and a genuine knack for building relationships with all kinds of people
- An eye for detail and the ability to match candidates precisely to what a role needs
- Sharp organisation and time-management skills, you can juggle priorities without dropping the ball
