Recruitment isn't just filling vacancies. It's building the future of a business. We're looking for a Recruitment & Development Lead who thrives on momentum, enjoys influencing people and loves finding better ways of doing things.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply post jobs and manage an inbox. We're looking for someone who sees recruitment as a commercial function. Someone who gets excited about talent pipelines, employer branding, succession planning, apprenticeships and improving how we attract, assess and develop great people.
You'll be our recruitment specialist and trusted advisor, partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders across the business to identify talent, challenge thinking, improve hiring outcomes and ensure we continue to attract exceptional people.
If you're energised by variety, enjoy building relationships, have a creative mindset and take real ownership for results, we'd love to hear from you.
Oh, and we’re a Great Place To Work, by the way! No, officially, we have Great Place To Work Certification, which recognises organisations with exceptional workplace culture based on employee feedback and engagement.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead recruitment activity across a wide variety of roles and locations, while playing a key role in shaping our talent strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
