Location: Soho, London Hours: 3 days a week in London

Responsibilities
Client & Candidate Relationship Management
- Build and maintain an engaged network of high-value clients and candidates.
- Develop and strengthen existing relationships while proactively identifying new opportunities.
- Maximise market share through targeted business development strategies.
- Provide thought leadership to align activity with measurable results.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
- Handle complex negotiations to secure the best talent for clients.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve individual and group targets.
Brand & Culture Advocacy
- Elevate the 11 Investments brand within the industry.
- Act as a role model and mentor, embodying the company’s values and work ethic.
- Support the Recruitment Director in training initiatives and replacing staff when necessary.
- Champion company values through daily actions and initiatives.

Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven track record of delivering against revenue targets for both self and team.
- Experience as a successful 360° recruiter in an agency setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to match candidates to clients.
- High motivation and ambition for personal and team growth.
- Aspiration to become a thought leader in recruitment.
- Ability to foster a culture of idea-sharing and constructive feedback.
- Commitment to recruitment as a core passion (not just a salt-and-pepper job).
- Emotional intelligence & kindness—comfortable giving/receiving feedback.
