Recruitment Director- Recruitment agency- Soho London- 3 days a week in London

About 11 Investments:

11 Investments is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent with a diverse client base. We are formed of 8 brands (3Search, Tenzing Search, FinRox, NearTech Search, Tarka Talent, Edenity, datdai and FIFTEEN West) covering markets including sales, marketing, and consulting across the UK and US.

In 2025, we had our best-ever revenue year, even better than 2022. 2026 has started even better!

Responsibilities:

  • Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
  • Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
  • Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
  • Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
  • Managing complex negotiations
  • Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
  • Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
  • Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
  • Supports manager with training, standing in when required, and driving initiatives and company values.
