Hybrid (3 days per week in London), Agency Recruitment

Responsibilities

  • Building and managing a network of engaged clients and candidates in the Marketing industry
  • Leading and motivating a team of Recruiters
  • Developing existing and new client relationships while maximising business opportunities and market share
  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Providing thought leadership to link activity with results
  • Handling complex negotiations and guiding teams through recruitment challenges
  • Collaborating to meet individual and team targets
  • Positively enhancing the 3Search brand in the market

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive revenue for yourself and co-workers
  • Extensive experience in people management
  • Track record as a 360-degree recruiter and manager in an agency environment
  • Strong new business development skills
  • High motivation for personal and professional growth
  • Desire to become a thought leader in your specialist sector
  • Encourages creative thinking and open feedback
  • Demonstrates kindness and authenticity
  • Deep-seated passion for "doing recruitment"
