Responsibilities
- Building and managing a network of engaged clients and candidates in the Marketing industry
- Leading and motivating a team of Recruiters
- Developing existing and new client relationships while maximising business opportunities and market share
- Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Providing thought leadership to link activity with results
- Handling complex negotiations and guiding teams through recruitment challenges
- Collaborating to meet individual and team targets
- Positively enhancing the 3Search brand in the market
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive revenue for yourself and co-workers
- Extensive experience in people management
- Track record as a 360-degree recruiter and manager in an agency environment
- Strong new business development skills
- High motivation for personal and professional growth
- Desire to become a thought leader in your specialist sector
- Encourages creative thinking and open feedback
- Demonstrates kindness and authenticity
- Deep-seated passion for "doing recruitment"
