Responsibilities:
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters
- Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
- Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
- Managing complex negotiations and coach others to navigate tricky recruitment situations
- Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
What are we looking for:
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
- Have extensive people management experience
- You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment
- Pride yourself on your new business skillset
- Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals
- Someone who aspires to be a thought leader in their sector
- People with lots of ideas who also encourage others to share theirs
- People who give and ask for quality feedback
