About Us
United Media focuses on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, retail, etc. As of today, we have organically launched 8 media companies and acquired 1 (including Insurtech Insights, Presidents Summit, Private Equity Insights, HRtechX, CFO Insights, Retail Insights, and SetSales).

Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will vary, but some key tasks include:
- Taking ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including:
- Role profiling
- Candidate sourcing
- CV screening
- Assessment planning
- Creating interview scripts
- Conducting interviews
- Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious talents (shouting talents) and covert talents (whispering talents).
- Owning the execution of further developing and automating our recruiting processes.
- Improving our onboarding process in close collaboration with management.

While we have no strict preferences regarding your background—whether in HR, marketing, sales, or a completely different field—we expect:
- Work experience with outstanding performance.
- An UK work permit.
- Curiosity and genuine passion for working with and understanding people.
- A desire to spend your day speaking with people ranging from students to executives.
- A natural ability to make people feel comfortable in conversations.
Starting Date
Flexible
Monday – Friday, we work from our office (located near Victoria Station) and currently do not offer remote work.
