At William Grant & Sons, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our business continues to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment & HR Advisor to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.
This is a fast-paced but highly rewarding role, offering the opportunity to work alongside a fantastic team during an exciting period of transformation.
Please note that this is a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.
Role Overview
In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for our central functions teams, partnering with hiring leaders, the HR team, and external recruitment partners to attract and secure high-performing talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment and HR matters
- Support the delivery of an effective operational HR service aligned to business objectives
- Support key HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing culture
Requirements
You’ll bring experience across both recruitment and HR, with the confidence to manage end-to-end hiring activity while also supporting a range of generalist HR matters. This role would suit an HR Adviser with recruitment experience and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, looking for a varied position that combines both disciplines.
