Three-month Fixed-Term Contract with the Potential to Become Permanent

About The Role

Ready to start - or accelerate - your career in inhouse recruitment & HR?

We’re looking for an organised, proactive person to join our fast-paced Talent team. You’ll play an important role in keeping our recruitment and onboarding activity moving - from coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates to issuing contracts and managing pre-employment checks.

You’ll learn from an experienced Talent team with high expectations for both candidate and hiring-manager experience. Working within a growing global business, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR administration, onboarding and talent operations.

This could be an excellent opportunity for a graduate beginning a career in recruitment and HR, an experienced administrator ready for their next step, or an agency recruiter looking to move in-house.

About Safetykleen

We’re Safetykleen - a global leader with more than 50 years’ experience across 15 countries. We help businesses keep their critical operations safer, cleaner and more environmentally responsible.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
