Job Role

Multevo is looking for an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Internal Talent Partner / Recruitment Lead to support our hiring activity across the business. This is a highly administrative and stakeholder-led role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and keeping recruitment activity running smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with multiple stakeholders, you will take ownership of recruitment coordination from vacancy brief through to offer stage, ensuring a consistent, professional, and responsive service. You will be confident managing ATS systems, streamlining processes, and using data and insight to improve the way we hire.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment administration and coordination.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Maintain and manage the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and process compliance.
  • Support and improve recruitment workflows to create a more efficient hiring process.
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Use reporting and analytical insight to support better hiring decisions.
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed, engaged, and well supported.
  • Help ensure a smooth, organised, and professional recruitment experience.

  • Strong administration and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using ATS systems.
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Able to streamline processes and identify improvements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data.
  • Proactive, reliable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
