Join Harnham’s Learning & Development Team
Harnham is a specialist recruitment business focused on Data, Analytics and Technology, with teams across the UK, Europe and the US.
The development of our people is central to our success. Our Learning & Development team supports consultants from their first day in recruitment through to senior and leadership positions, combining structured training with practical, desk-based coaching.
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Consultant to join our UK training team and support the continued development of our recruitment consultants.
The Role
A key focus of the position will be delivering and developing Harnham’s UK New Starter Academy. You will help new consultants understand the full recruitment lifecycle, build their commercial skills and apply their learning successfully once they join their teams.
Alongside the Academy, you will provide ongoing coaching and development to consultants across the business. This will include call listening, live shadowing, desk coaching, workshops and targeted development sessions.
You will work closely with the wider training team, managers and directors to identify development needs, monitor progress and ensure training has a practical impact on performance.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
