We’re now looking for an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Manager to join our Recruitment team and help attract exceptional talent across our growing business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys building strong relationships, improving recruitment processes, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

The role requires working from Head Office, based in Teddington, Middlesex, one day a week, two days a week from sites, and then two days from home. Ideally, you will be located in London, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, or Hertfordshire, where you would be commutable to more of our sites.

Recruitment Manager - The Role

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across Management and Head office roles.

  • Working closely with Operations teams and Site Managers, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sites, build strong talent pipelines, and support recruitment initiatives that help us continue to grow successfully.
  • This role offers a great balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery within a collaborative and high-performing People Team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for Management and Head Office vacancies across the Group
  • Building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, advertising, and direct approaches
  • Partnering closely with Operations teams to understand hiring priorities and succession opportunities
  • Supporting Site Managers and Stakeholders with recruitment best practices and hiring guidance
  • Managing and optimising recruitment systems and ATS usage across the business
  • Monitoring recruitment activity, reporting on KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting employer branding activity and helping promote Heartwood Collection across social media and recruitment channels
  • Contributing to recruitment projects and process improvements that support business growth

Recruitment Manager - About You

We’re looking for someone energetic, organised, and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for hospitality recruitment.

You’ll Ideally Have

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality recruitment, preferably in-house
  • Experience recruiting Management and/ Head Office roles within a hospitality multi-site environment
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role due to the location and travel requirements between sites.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using ATS platforms and recruitment systems
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A collaborative, hands-on attitude and a genuine passion for finding great people
