CSG Talent exists to future-proof our clients' leadership today. That's not just about landing a leadership hire; it's about making sure businesses have the right talent at every level to succeed now and in the years ahead.
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join us, based in either our Horsforth (Leeds) or Manchester city centre office.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to step back from the desk and just manage numbers on a spreadsheet. We want someone who can lead a team, keep generating revenue, and coach and develop the people around them.
Who we're looking for
You'll have solid recruitment experience, ideally with some time already spent managing, mentoring, or informally leading Recruiters - whether on perm or temp desks, UK-based or international. You know how to forecast a P&L, coach a mix of experience levels, and keep a team accountable without micromanaging them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Just as important, you'll align with how we work: high-performing, honest, and genuinely invested in doing right by clients and candidates, not just the numbers.
We're particularly interested in managers who:
- Have UK recruitment management experience and want to move into leading an international desk or team
- Are already managing Recruiters internationally and want the backing of a larger, more established global business
- Want genuine autonomy to build out a team, rather than inheriting someone else's structure with no room to shape it
What you'll get
- Real investment in you and your team - our Performance Team works with you on your own skill set as a leader, as well as with your Recruiters to train and develop them, so you're not doing all the coaching alone.
- Significant earning potential - clear salary banding from £35,000 up to £100,000+ depending on level and experience, plus commission of up to 30% on your own revenue, alongside a management bonus of up to 20% of the profit generated by your team.
- Real opportunities to work internationally - we operate across the UK, US, Australia and beyond, and support relocation and visas for managers who want to take that step.
- A business built for the long term - we're working toward a clear 2030 vision, and we want people who want to grow with us, not just fill a seat.
