Recruitment Manager (Part-Time | 3 Days per Week)

Our client is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the early careers recruitment strategy while managing recruitment for experienced professionals and business support roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function in a respected independent professional services firm. Graduate recruitment is at the heart of the talent strategy, giving you the chance to shape the future of the business by attracting and developing exceptional ACA and CTA trainees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead annual graduate and internship recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding.
  • Manage recruitment for experienced hires and business support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience and successful hiring outcomes.
  • Develop employer branding and attraction campaigns across universities, social media and digital channels.
  • Manage recruitment partners, assessment processes, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Use recruitment data and ATS insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes and processes.

About you

You'll have:

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong experience managing graduate or early careers recruitment programmes.
  • Experience recruiting experienced professionals alongside early careers talent.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience with assessment centres, interview processes and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to manage recruitment independently.
