Divisional Manager - Renewable Energy Leeds Hybrid - Full Flexibility £75,000 - £85,000 + Comm

The Opportunity Perfect for a Divisional Manager, Billing Manager or high‑performing Principal Consultant with a proven track record in renewables recruitment who wants genuine autonomy, ownership and earning potential. You’ll lead and grow a specialist division, shape strategy, drive performance and build a high‑performing team around you. Full commercial ownership, full backing, no red tape.
Key Responsibilities Build, lead and scale a Renewable Energy recruitment division. Drive strategic business development across wind, solar, storage, grid, hydrogen and e‑fuels markets. Develop senior‑level client relationships across developers, EPCs, OEMs and utilities. Lead, coach and mentor consultants to high performance. Own divisional P&L, growth strategy and market positioning. Deliver revenue, performance and expansion targets.

What You’ll Bring Proven success recruiting in renewable energy (wind, solar, battery, grid, hydrogen or related). Strong personal billings and a track record of winning and growing accounts. Experience leading a team or clear readiness to step into leadership. Commercial intelligence and confidence running a profitable P&L. A proactive, strategic approach to business development. High standards, pace and ambition.
