Recruitment Manager
Basic Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (DOE) + Commission
Exeter, Devon (Hybrid, 3 dpw off-based)
We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced specialist recruitment consultant.
So, what are we looking for?
- Experienced commercial recruitment professional with a strong track record of generating and retaining revenue.
- Several years’ proven agency experience within either the Accountancy, HR, IT, Legal, or Executive recruitment sectors.
- A confident self-starter who brings integrity, drive, and outstanding customer service to everything you do.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, with a genuine passion for building and nurturing strong client relationships.

What’s in it for you:
- Excellent Basic Salary (£35,000 - £42,000 DOE)
- Excellent Commission Structure: 15% to 25%
