Recruitment Manager – Construction & Property (Southampton)
£45,000-£55,000 + uncapped commission
We’re looking for an experienced C&P Manager to take ownership of our Southampton operation: a 7-person team across surveying, T&L, construction and maintenance. This is a genuine leadership role with the autonomy to shape, grow and elevate the desk.

What we’re looking for
- Someone who has managed within a C&P setting previously
- Strong understanding of white-collar technical recruitment (civils, surveying, planning, FM etc.)
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
