Recruitment Manager - Belfast - Exclusive opportunity
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a Recruitment Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.
The role:
You'll lead the day-to-day performance of the division, balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on commercial approach. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll focus on growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, improving operational performance and developing a high-performing team.
The successful candidate:
- Leading, coaching and developing an established recruitment and operations team.
- Driving business growth through existing client relationships and new business development.
- Taking ownership of commercial performance, profitability and operational delivery.
- Building long-term partnerships with clients across engineering, construction and industrial sectors.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and overall business performance.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support the wider growth strategy.
What's on offer:
- Competitive base of up to £70k (dependent on experience).
