We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Recruitment Manager.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for delivering legal recruitment across EME and supporting recruitment projects across EMEA.
Responsibilities will include:
- Fostering and managing relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Ensuring recruitment terms of business are in place with agencies.
- Drafting job descriptions.
- Reviewing and maintaining records of applications and agency submissions.
- Updating vacancy details from agencies through the hiring process.
- Screening CV’s and sharing as necessary; overseeing interview scheduling and feedback.
- Liaising with relevant coworkers to agree candidate offers.
- Advising recruitment partners on salaries, right to work etc.
- Negotiating offers and preparing offer instruction details.
- Liaising with HR regarding new joiners.
- Reporting on fee earner hires and salary surveys etc.
- Updating and maintaining recruitment documents.
- Assisting with project work as necessary.

Suitable candidates will have gained managerial recruitment experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, communication, proactivity, and organisation skills.
