Recruitment Business Manager – Bournemouth
Bournemouth | Hybrid - 4 days in the office 1 from home (Driving required)
Up to £47,000 with car allowance plus uncapped bonus
Reed is hiring a Business Manager to lead our Business Support and Accountancy & Finance specialism in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 360 recruiter ready to step into management, or an established Recruitment Manager looking to own and grow a successful, high-billing desk.
Business Support and Accountancy & Finance are core, commercially strong areas for Reed in this location, with long-standing clients, consistent demand, and real scope for further growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Running a successful 360 recruitment desk across Business Support or Accountancy & Finance
- Managing and developing a small team of Recruitment Consultants
- Growing market share across the local area
- Building strong client relationships and winning new business
- Driving performance, quality, and profitability
- Leading by example and championing Reed’s values

- Management experience or a clear ambition to step into leadership
- Strong sales drive, resilience, and commercial focus
