Recruitment Manager
We are looking for a high calibre, driven and organised Recruitment Manager (FTC) to lead hiring across our Super Premium and Premium Casual restaurants, as part of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants Global.
This role sits at the heart of how we attract and secure the very best talent with a particular focus on our Michelin and Super Premium restaurants. You’ll identify, attract and retain top industry talent to support an exciting period of growth and key projects across the UK.
You will be a strong, experienced hospitality recruiter with a solid understanding of the industry. We are looking for someone highly motivated, solutions-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities at pace.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract, based at our Support Office on Wandsworth Road, London, with significant time spent in the field across our restaurants.
About the Role Lead recruitment across your area end to end from new openings and existing restaurants to priority vacancies - shaping how we go to market, build our employer brand, and select and coordinate hiring across multiple UK sites Partner closely with senior stakeholders to run a recruitment process that’s compliant, efficient and streamlined, while consistently delivering a positive, engaging candidate experience Take a hands on lead on hiring for Team Member and Management roles across both Front of House and Back of House, interviewing candidates at all levels Make full use of your network and a broad, creative sourcing toolkit, targeted job boards, social media, proactive headhunting, events and referrals to attract the right people Deliver ad-hoc projects such as recruitment events, open days and internal recruitment campaigns

About You Proven hospitality and restaurant recruitment experience, in-house or agency Hands-on experience recruiting across Michelin, fine dining and super-premium restaurants is highly desirable Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities across multiple sites Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. A proactive, multi-channel approach to sourcing and engaging top talent Committed to a consistently positive and professional candidate experience Solid grasp of recruitment processes, employment law, UK Right to Work checks and compliance best practice A motivated, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for finding great people for a best-in-class global restaurant business
