The Role

As Recruitment Manager – Marketing, your mission is to:

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture industry networks by maintaining relationships with marketing clients and candidates.
  • Lead a small team (2-4 recruiters) and champion their growth.
  • Maximise business opportunities via proactive relationship management.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to placement.
  • Negotiate complex deals with clients and candidates.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on strategic hires.
  • Drive client brand visibility and align efforts to 3Search values.
  • Mentor junior recruiters by setting an example of work ethic, adaptability, and kindness.

You should excel in:

✔ Revenue-driven achievement – Proven ability to exceed individual goals. ✔ Agency recruitment experience – Management track record in a talent-acquisition setting. ✔ 360 recruitment expertise – Proficient in matching candidates to roles and clients to hiring needs. ✔ Communication skills – Strong with verbal, written, and persuasive engagement. ✔ Agile and ambitious – Continuous development mindset, proactive idea-sharing. ✔ Cultural fit – Believes in feedback, teamwork, and a positive, problem-solving approach. ✔ Recruitment passion – Enthusiastic and engaged with playing the recruitment game.
