Recruitment Manager
The Royal Albert Hall is recruiting for a Recruitment Manager.
This newly created role will lead on delivering a high-quality, inclusive recruitment service to all stakeholders, ensuring the necessary processes are in place to attract the best talent while guaranteeing a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment strategy and execution, ensuring tailored solutions for sourcing the best talent across diverse contexts.
- Operate in a fast-paced environment, navigating seasonal peaks and a varied scope of operational and specialist roles.
- Initiate and oversee end-to-end recruitment processes from application to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the People and Culture team across disciplines, including:
- Philanthropy
- Building Services
- IT
- Visitor Services
- Support day-to-day recruitment administration, despite administrative backing from the Recruitment and Administration Assistant.
