Overview

Our client, a prominent London-based cultural and events organisation, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive and efficient recruitment service.

This newly created role will take ownership of recruitment strategy and activity across a broad range of specialist, corporate and operational positions. Working closely with hiring managers and the wider People and Culture team, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from role scoping and attraction through to selection, offer management and onboarding.

The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment delivery. You will develop tailored sourcing solutions, improve recruitment processes and ensure that candidates and hiring managers receive a professional, inclusive and positive experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a people-focused recruitment leader who can build strong stakeholder relationships, coach managers and strengthen inclusive hiring practices within a fast-paced and varied organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of the organisation’s recruitment strategy and associated hiring activity.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a varied portfolio of specialist, corporate and operational roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, recruitment plans and appropriate selection methods.
  • Develop tailored sourcing and attraction strategies to secure high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Advise and coach hiring managers on inclusive recruitment, interviewing and selection best practice.
  • Ensure recruitment processes provide an efficient, professional and welcoming candidate experience.
  • Support hiring managers throughout advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
  • Review and improve recruitment policies, processes, systems and documentation.
  • Ensure recruitment activity is fair, consistent, inclusive and compliant with relevant employment requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with the People and Culture team to support workforce planning and talent priorities.
  • Manage recruitment activity during seasonal peaks and periods of high hiring demand.
  • Monitor recruitment performance and use insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee recruitment administration while providing direct administrative support when required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across a wide range of departments and professional disciplines.
  • Promote the organisation’s employer brand and support the attraction and retention of talented employees.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
