Early Careers Recruitment Manager - 16-Month FTC

London - 2-3 days per week in office

We're supporting a highly respected international investment firm in the appointment of an Early Careers Recruitment Manager to take ownership of a best-in-class Early Careers programme across multiple European locations.

This is a rare opportunity to join an elite, high-performing environment where talent is viewed as a genuine competitive advantage. Working closely with senior business leaders and HR, you'll shape how future investment professionals are identified, assessed, onboarded and developed, playing a critical role in building the next generation of talent for the organisation.

The Opportunity

You will lead the design and delivery of the Early Careers strategy across internships and post-graduate-level investment hiring. This is a highly visible role with international scope, supporting hiring across several European offices while partnering directly with senior stakeholders throughout the investment business.

This is far more than a recruitment role. You'll have ownership of the full early careers lifecycle—from attraction and selection through to onboarding, development and continuous programme improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
