Birchrose Associates is representing a leading international law firm in the search for a Recruitment Manager to join its Talent team in London.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal recruitment professional to join a respected Global Lateral Recruitment team.

You will play a key role in enhancing the firm's candidate experience, employer brand and recruitment processes. Duties will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle of lateral associate recruitment across EMEA, from candidate attraction through to offer and onboarding
  • Building and managing relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring commercial terms are in place and delivering high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Drafting engaging job descriptions and vacancy advertisements for legal positions
  • Reviewing applications, maintaining accurate records using the firm's applicant tracking system and managing direct and agency candidate communications
  • Partnering with recruiting partners to understand hiring requirements, provide recruitment guidance and ensure recruitment processes are followed
  • Screening CVs, coordinating interviews, collecting interview feedback and managing the offer process
  • Advising hiring stakeholders on market conditions, salary benchmarking and recruitment best practice
  • Producing recruitment reports, salary survey information and diversity data while maintaining accurate recruitment documentation

  • Previous experience managing end-to-end legal recruitment within an international law firm, professional services business or specialist legal recruitment environment
  • Strong knowledge of lateral associate recruitment, with exposure to partner recruitment considered advantageous
  • Flexible approach to working, with occasional out-of-hours support required to meet business or candidate needs
