Job Opportunity: Recruitment Manager
I'm currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join an exciting hospitality group with multiple venues across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the recruitment function in a standalone role, working closely with senior stakeholders to attract, recruit and onboard talent across the business. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's hiring strategy while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous hospitality recruitment experience, either agency or in-house
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies
- First-time managers looking to step into a Recruitment Manager role are encouraged

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process across all departments and levels
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment plans
- Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Managing onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for all new starters
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Working with external recruitment partners where required
- Monitoring recruitment activity, reporting on hiring performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Reviewing and improving recruitment processes to ensure an efficient and positive candidate journey
- Ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and employment legislation
