Vacancy Location: Chesterfield, S41 7SL (hybrid role - 2 days in the office) Shifts: Full-time 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm) Pay Rate: £27,000 per annum

The Role
As a Recruitment Officer, you'll partner with hiring managers across the business to attract and secure talented people who share our values and passion for delivering outstanding care.
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting checks of required documents.
You'll also play an active role in promoting careers at ivolve through social media and other attraction channels, helping us build our employer brand and reach new talent.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within internal or agency recruitment Experience recruiting within the care sector would be advantageous Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organisational skills A creative approach to candidate attraction and engagement Knowledge of social media and digital recruitment methods A passion for finding great people who make a positive difference
