About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR Department for a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor to play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate and onboarding experience.
Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will take responsibility for the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising job posts and supporting managers with shortlisting candidates for interview to offer management, whilst also delivering a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new starters.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the HR Operations Lead to review, enhance and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes, driving efficiencies and contributing to the continuous improvement of the new starter experience. What are we looking for?
Essential
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a demonstrated ability to manage priorities, maintain accurate records and provide efficient administrative support in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrate problem solving, proactive approach, use of own initiative, great team player
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to offer high quality professional advice to line managers and candidates
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Demonstrate ‘can do’ flexible attitude, prioritisation and ability to juggle conflicting deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent customer focused approach with the ability to develop and maintain a high level of positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to analyse and present accurate and meaningful data

Desirable
- Previous HR or recruitment administrative experience
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects along with robust organisational skills to manage own workload effectively and meet deadlines
- Project coordination across the HR team with the ability to support specific projects
- Ability to continually review processes and implementing improvements
- Confidence and authority to delegate both across the HR team and cross-organisational working groups
