Our hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment, marking the beginning of an exciting new era ~ and we’re building a passionate team to bring our vision to life and share our next chapter with.
Join the opening team at Pennington’s, a brand-new British Brasserie opening soon within our historic hotel. We’re looking for charismatic, energetic people to help us set the standard. If you love the buzz of a busy floor, have a passion for seasonal British produce, and want to be part of an exciting new launch from day one, we want to hear from you.
