Description

At System C, we use technology to help improve health and care outcomes across the UK. Our Talent Acquisition team helps us find the people who make that possible.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get into Recruitment Operations, also known as RecOps, and build skills across recruitment systems, data, process improvement, and AI-enabled ways of working.

This is not just an admin role. You will help keep recruitment moving, support candidates and hiring managers, maintain accurate data, improve processes, and learn how technology can make hiring smarter, faster, and better organized.

You Will Be Involved In

  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, and candidate communications
  • Setting up and maintaining job requisitions in our recruitment systems
  • Keeping recruitment data accurate across systems such as our ATS and Workday
  • Tracking hiring activity, pipelines, and progress
  • Supporting recruitment reporting and insight
  • Helping improve processes, reduce manual work, and improve candidate experience
  • Supporting pre-boarding and onboarding handovers
  • Getting involved in projects linked to systems, automation, data quality, and AI
