About the Placement Year Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting core People Operations activities:
- Maintaining accurate employee records
- Processing data updates
- Assisting with payroll administration
- Coordinating onboarding for new hires:
- Managing documentation processes
- Handling communication and induction logistics
- Ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Assisting with:
- Training administration
- People-led process improvements
- Leveraging insights to drive key team initiatives

You: Your Fit for Acturis
This role is perfect for those who:
- Are on track for a 2:2+ undergrad degree, seeking a placement year
- Have prioritised excellence in customer-facing roles and service delivery
- Possess strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while making intelligent decisions
- Are analytical, process-driven, and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel and understanding of recruitment data
- Are able to meet the location requirement: part-time work (4 days/week in London) over the duration for the placement year (August 2026 – August 2027)
