About The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Researcher to join our team, supporting recruitment efforts for roles at all levels within Global Markets and Investment Banking.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior recruiters with day-to-day activities on the desk.
  • Understanding job requirements and screening applications, as well as shortlisting candidates for advertised or proactively sourced roles.
  • Building and maintaining candidate pipelines for future vacancies, including formatting and updating market maps.
  • Conducting phone screenings for shortlisted candidates applying to analyst and associate positions.
  • Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout their interview process, tracking timelines, preferences, concerns, and other relevant details.
  • Providing constructive feedback to candidates post-interview.
  • Managing candidate tracking systems, including creating, requesting, or modifying requisitions and advertising job openings.
  • Ensuring timely scheduling of interviews and follow-ups.
  • Developing knowledge of financial products, investment banking, and global markets business lines.
  • Collaborating with onboarding teams and wider HR functions.
  • Participating in broader team initiatives.

Requirements

  • A degree in finance or knowledge of financial instruments is advantageous.
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services sales or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking abilities; capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
