ISS is a leading service provider in the UK Fresh Produce sector. Since 2014, we have grown to operate four sites across Kent, employing over 1,300 colleagues. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a fixed-term contract.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and identifying talent. You'll play a key role in supporting recruitment across the business, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening calls, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, confident on the phone and enjoys learning about candidates' skills, experience and career aspirations to match them to suitable opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Resourcer
- Source, attract and engage candidates using job boards, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
- Shortlist and present suitable candidates for vacancies across the business.
- Coordinate interviews and liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
- Provide a professional and positive experience for candidates at every stage.
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment administration and projects.
What You'll Bring as Recruitment Resourcer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with candidates over the phone and building rapport quickly.
- A genuine interest in people and understanding what motivates them in their careers.
- Ability to use initiative and work proactively to identify and attract talent.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, administration or customer-facing roles would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills and experience using databases or recruitment systems.
