Recruitment Resourcer (180)
Delivery Consultant / Resourcer
Leeds | Tech or Professional Services Recruitment
Not everyone in recruitment enjoys business development.
Some people genuinely get more satisfaction from finding brilliant candidates, managing a process properly and making placements happen.
The problem is, a lot of businesses still treat delivery as a support function. You can be responsible for half the work that goes into a placement, yet end up with a fraction of the reward.
This opportunity has been built differently. You'll be supporting a team of high-performing 360 consultants, working established vacancies and partnering with experienced recruiters who know how to win business. Your focus is simple - find great people, manage the process and help make placements happen.
And when you do? You'll split 50% of the placement fee on every deal you deliver, with no commission threshold.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- 50% share of the placement fee on every deal you deliver.
- Commission up to 30%
